If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been sale, no longer in their original packaging, and other items as designated on the product pages as final sale. INITIATING RETURNS
Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a Return Authorization Number and appropriate instructions. Returns sent that do not include Return Authorization will not be accepted.
All returns & exchanges must be post-marked within 30-days of the initial delivery date without exception.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Bedquest Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the returning of goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain solely the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by our QC Team.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit. 15% will deduct from the refund unless the reason for return was due to a mistake on our part. In such a case, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
A 15% return fee will be deducted from the credit and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) back to Bedquest Ltd returns address mentioned below
FREE RETURNS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK FOR THE BEDQUEST MEMBERS
For non-members, a fee of Can £7.99 plus tax will be applied to each return request.
A return surcharge may apply to items based on their size, weight, or the distance they must travel. These fees are independent of the free returns offer for members and are in addition to the GBP £9.99 base fee for non-members.
Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Bedquest Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customers. UNCLAIMED & REFUSED
Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered cancelled.

REFUNDS
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return
